Hello Brain Trusts,
I'm looking for a Firefox extension that can help monitor a webpage (which automatically refreshes every 2 minutes).
I need a sound alert, but only when there's new information or a change on the page — not with every refresh.
I tried few extensions but no luck in getting correct one.
Please let me know if you have any idea about his. Thanks.

funny… 🤣
Thank @Hybroid will test this.
http://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/auto-refresh-… and I use it for Google Chrome. Its great.
Thanks @geekcohen this looks like auto refresh only and doesnt have sound alert for any update on page.
It does in my Chrome Browser, has an noise alert option.
Sounds like someone in operations centre space monitoring dashboards for events and alerts? haha
So like a doze /wake alarm for security night shift staff, when something is triggered on screen/alarm?
Or a NS control room on a mine site?
You could try turning the page into an RSS feed then using a monitor for that feed.
Bet wouldn't be hard to write a scrap of JS that does this and use Tampermonkey on Firefox to run it.
